We accept orders in the mainland UK and Europe. You will be charged for carriage on the following basis. Below rates are per ctn, maximum weight being 30kg.If your order is above 30 kg or unable to fit in a single ctn, you will be charged for total no of ctns required for your stock/

All prices are exclusive of VAT. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.
Credit Card Validation
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.
Returns
We guarantee to refund any item which is damaged when you return it to us in the condition in which it was purchased within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
You must obtain agreement to the return of goods by telephone or e-mail to Lavision. You will be given a unique Returns Authorisation Number which must be shown clearly on your returns address label.
The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account. You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team with your order number, postcode and new card details.
We do not refund carriage payment.
